Construction Project Manager – Data Center / Mission Critical Projects
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead data center / mission-critical projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of data center construction projects ($100M ).
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring strong relationships and project success.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to maintain profitability and efficiency.
- Lead and enforce a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, inspectors, and owners to resolve project issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality control, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular project inspections, meetings, and progress reviews.
