Innovated Machine & Tool is hiring!
We have openings on 3rd shift for skilled assemblers. Hours are 12:00am - 8:30am Monday through Friday Experience is required in assembly of complex, painted sheet metal enclosures or similar products.
Duties:
- Assemble large, complex parts according to work instructions and/or blueprints.
- Install nuts, bolts, rivets etc by hand or with hand tools.
- Identify, count, and label parts.
- Inspect painted parts for appearance quality.
- Package finished parts for shipping.
- Move pallets with pallet jack.
Requirements:
To be considered, Applicants for this position must:
- Be able to read sheet metal shop blueprints;
- have experience assembling complex sheet metal parts;
- have experience using hand tools and power tools for assembly;
- be able to identify metric and standard hardware;
- be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers as needed;
- have good basic math skills (addition & subtraction);
- be on time to work every day;
- work efficiently with speed and urgency, and attention to detail;
- have strong mechanical skills;
- be able to take direction well;
- be able to lift 75-100 lbs, stand, walk, sit, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, reach and perform repetitive hand and finger movements;
- Forklift experience preferred;
- be able to work in cold or hot temperatures in plant.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
