Innovation Foods is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence in food safety and quality. To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced Director of Quality to lead our food safety efforts and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
This key role involves overseeing all aspects of food safety, including regulatory compliance, lab and sanitation programs, audit preparation, and monitoring plant programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and sanitation, as well as experience in developing and implementing HACCP plans and/or Food Safety & Quality plans.
The Director of Quality will work closely with the Plant Director and leadership team to improve Quality & Food Safety systems in response to organizational performance, changing regulations, and customer demands. This individual will be responsible for managing daily compliance with food safety regulations, leading audit preparation & food safety initiatives, and ensuring the daily implementation of food safety standards.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a deep technical knowledge of aseptic processing and packaging industry, as well as experience with filing FDA Scheduled Processes and prior experience with process authorities and plant commissioning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statistics and the application of statistical process control in a food manufacturing environment.

They will build a team first mentality focused on details, preventive risk mitigation and predictive analytics, and drive Quality & Food Safety Initiatives using a hands-on approach rooted in communication and education.
