- Maintain organized office files and records, both physical and digital.
- Serve as a medical receptionist when required, greeting patients and managing appointment schedules.
- Support bilingual communication efforts when interacting with diverse clientele.
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as necessary to facilitate office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
