Overview of the role
The Front Desk Agent is a unique position in which the host will be responsible for Front Des, Bell Services, and Concierge services. They will be the first impression providing a unique check-in experience. The host will serve as the first physical impression of the property and be responsible for providing a unique, professional, and hospitable arrival and departure experience
