Position Description :
Location : New Mexico Locations - Farmington and Aztec
Seeking Mobile Wound NP to join our exciting multidisciplinary group primarily focused on advanced wound care and primary care.
Experience in wound care is preferred, and home health experience is also welcomed as this role requires working closely with home health partners to provide exceptional care.
Training in each area will be provided initially and ongoing. Practitioner will routinely coordinate care with our vascular intervention specialists, primary care physicians, surgeons, and podiatrists both locally and with other specialists within our group.
We believe in a team approach to provide the highest level of care for our patients and are seeking a provider who is teachable, has a great attitude, is anxious to learn and grow to help us achieve great outcomes for our patients!
Salary will be based on experience.
