Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies to support organizational objectives
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, audience behaviors, and

- Develop campaign calendars and oversee content distribution across platforms
- Provide mentorship and support to team and contractors
- Optimize website content and user experience to enhance engagement and
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in alignment with the Director
- Establish regular reporting and metrics for campaigns and continually optimize
- Work with counterparts to develop a social media strategy that supports program
Program Marketing and Analytics
- Develop and support founder and investor experiences through program support
- Led the creation of program marketing plans that integrate into the larger IW
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content to promote programs and participants
- Work with the Director of Communications to create and promote founder success
- Support campaigns to ensure optimal experience for founders and investors at IW
- Establish tracking and reporting of KPIs to establish leadership and differentiation
Strategy Partnership Manager
- Develop and execute partnership programs in collaboration with Business
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with the organizational
development in the region
- Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders in marketing-related
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all partner touchpoints
- Manage sponsorship opportunities and development opportunities internally to
objectives
Operations
- Manage any aligned vendor relationships required to reach organizational goals
- Evaluate and adopt tools and external resources needed to support initiatives and
- Mentor and support operations staff
- Collaborate on marketing budgets and annual planning with the Director of
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
- Demonstrated skill and ability to drive product/program marketing success
- Experience taking new programs/products to market
- Extensive history of managing marketing campaigns and projects including website
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM)
- Expertise in go-to-market efforts and managing scaling marketing efforts
- Experiences working in and with technology industries such as software, hardware, life
