What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Director position at Innovativ Pharma, Inc.?
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20 BCBAs and RBTs
- Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journey
- Lead staff interview process
- Lead monthly all team meeting, reviewing center and clinical needs
- Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff

Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Actively registered as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience in clinical/center-based setting highly valued
- Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued
