Job Description
At Tri-County Human Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinical Director. This position will oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient services, ensuring that individuals with substance use disorders and mental health issues receive high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in addiction and/or mental health treatment. They must also possess a valid State of Florida license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
Key Responsibilities:
* Directs and coordinates provision of services to individuals served
* Provides direct supervision to assigned personnel
* Acts as liaison between the agency and Department of Children and Families
* Comprehends and complies with all licensing regulations including 65D-30 Florida Statutes, Medicaid standards, CARF requirements, and Tri-County Human Services Policies and Procedures
Minimum Qualifications
* Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field
* At least two years of full-time experience in an addiction and/or mental health treatment setting
* Valid State of Florida license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
