Main Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time at assigned workplaces, notifying supervisors of late arrivals or absences prior to start times.
- Maintain required licenses and physicals necessary for job requirements.
- Collaborate with shop operations, including scheduling, making repairs, processing vendor paperwork, and managing work orders and shop invoices.
- Maintain cleanliness of shop and warehouse areas.
- Operate and maintain equipment and facilities as needed.
- Distribute farm supply products and grain when assigned.
- Participate in safety and job-related training programs.
- Foster a positive, professional image for customers and the community.
- Cross-train in millwright duties and responsibilities.
- Accept and execute other assigned duties given by location managers.
- Maintain data and execute company plans in shop efficiency and billable hours directed by location managers.
- Manage tool inventory tracking and reporting.
- Possess DOT Inspection Certification.

- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, understanding of mechanical systems, and knowledge of various machines and tools.
- Knowledge of diesel engines and computer diagnostics.
- Display high initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently.
- Effective communication skills in written and oral form.
- Ability to organize, adapt to change, and work on multiple tasks concurrently.
- Basic math skills for performing operations.
Physical Requirements/Environmental Adaptability:
- Requires static strength to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs.
- Trunk strength and ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles repeatedly or continuously.
- Possible exposure to seasonal weather, outdoor conditions, and agriculture products.
- May require Personal Protective Equipment for certain tasks.
