The OCM role requires :

Experience in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci).
Stakeholder engagement and communication planning to facilitate Agile adoption.
Experience supporting Agile transformations within large organizations.
Training development and facilitation to drive Agile mindset and practices.
Organizational readiness assessments and workforce impact analysis.
Experience with Agile methodologies, governance structures, and performance measurement.
