Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic IP Litigation Associate Attorney to join the collaborative team at a well-respected national, full-service AmLaw firm client!
The intellectual property litigation practice is handling groundbreaking patent, trade secrets and commercial disputes in the high technology, software, digital media, and semiconductor industries.
Attorneys at the firm enjoy a hybrid schedule, 3 days working onsite in Washington DC and 2 days remotely! The firm offers a reasonable billable hour requirement, and a strong, positive firm culture that sets clients up for success!
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-4 years of IP litigation experience
- Active State Bar
- Experience with inter partes review petitions is highly desirable
- Experience with patent and trade secret disputes
- A degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics, or Computer Science is strongly preferred
- Admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $260,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
