Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with at least one year of Real Estate experience to join a well-respected law firm client with offices located in Akron, Canton, and Cleveland. The firm prides itself on its long history of success and deep commitment to client service!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, financing, acquisitions and dispositions
- Interact with clients as counselor and advisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-4 years of experience in a law firm or in house legal department concentrating on commercial real estate transactions
- Must be licensed or able to attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio
