POSITION TITLE: Manufacturing Tech II - CNC
POSITION PURPOSE: Assistant will be exposed to different steps of manufacturing process inclusive of Assembly,
Organization of Product, Surfacing Material, and Product Coating. Employee will assist with CNC Laser, CNC Bending, and
Welding steps in the manufacturing process, including loading, unloading and minor operation of machinery. Employee will assist in the coating process. This is an entry level position with the ability to grow with the company.
ESTIMATED TIME % JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Laser Cutting – Laser CNC operation: Employee will be required to setup, load and unload, load programs, maintain and run a CNC Laser.

CNC Bending: Employee will be required to read prints, setup based off a setup sheet punches and dies, and follow bending instructions on a 7-Axis Amada CNC press brake. Employee will be required
30% to inspect work, adjust, and troubleshoot issues on the machine.
Surfacing Material: As a step in the manufacturing process, employee will be required to deburr / prep the surface of the material utilizing handheld pneumatic tools, such as, but not limited to, a
30% dual-action orbital sander.
General: Necessary steps in the manufacturing process, such as pickup / delivery of product utilizing company vehicle, and general organization of and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: o Employee is required to have a valid driving license, and reliable, dependable method of transport to and from the workplace. o Must be able to pick up a minimum of 50lbs along with squatting, bending also any other need physical abilities in order to complete the job description. o Must be Self Motivated, and Self Reliant to keep a safe and efficient workplace. o Operating a truck with trailer experience, operating a forklift, basic computer skills, is a plus.
Compensation: Competitive Wages based on skills will be discussed and based on prior experience and knowledge.
