Job Summary
We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a background in healthcare, particularly in the mental health field. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization, with a primary focus on scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience in office management, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is pivotal in managing front desk activities, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems.
- Oversee daily office functions, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain calendars for team members.
- Implement and manage office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Facilitate communication between departments to promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle correspondence, inquiries, and other administrative duties as required.
- Efficiently manage scheduling tasks, including appointments, meetings, and intakes.
- Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactively manage administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or mental health setting preferred.

- Monday-Thursday from 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-12pm
