Position Description:
The Lead Installer is responsible for supervising the installation crew on-site to ensure the safety of the crew, quality of the installation, while providing world class service and effective communication to all parties. This position will also physically install ADA signage.
Essential Functions
Installation Review and Preparation
Meet with Project Manager and review entire sign package (job)
Evaluate time needed to complete the job (hours/days)
Determine labor (men needed to install)
Determine equipment/tools needed to install
Determine transportation of crew and product or signs. Coordinate with shipping team, as needed.
Ensure City code for ADA sign has been researched and provided
Installation Crew Management (on-site)
Meet with Project Manager and review entire sign package (job)
Evaluate time needed to complete the job (hours/days)

Enter data into the End of Install Report (daily, at completion of installation)
Keeping PM’s and Clients up to date in real time of any installation issues
Input updates and information into Fieldwire (daily)
