Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong understanding of client service relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry work
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication (in person, phone, email, etc).
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable, strong learner for ever changing duties .
- Previous experience within a healthcare setting is a plus .
- Understanding of healthcare practices is a plus
