We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will assist residents with mental illness in short-term community homes by practicing independent living skills. Your responsibilities will include helping residents set healthy social boundaries, budgeting, attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, picking healthy meals, medication administration, and building positive relationships with persons served.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have some experience working with mental health, be at least 18 years old, and possess a strong drive to help others create positive relationships with persons served.
