Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required); master’s degree in business or engineering management (preferred).
- 15 years of relevant experience in project engineering/management.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation technology; experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), environmental regulations, and audits.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Participation in training programs and compliance with safety/GMP standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
