Our client, the creator of a customized fully-integrated marketing platform utilized in the insurance industry, is looking for a Full-Cycle Bookkeeper for their office located in Lilburn.
This is a hybrid role, working one day per week from your home office with the other days working at our client's Lilburn location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger in QB Online
- Manage AP and AR
- Handle all customer billing and invoicing
- Pay vendors
- Manage payroll through third party vendor Gusto
- Reconcile bank statements and credit cards
- Conduct month-end activities and assist with monthly financial statements
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Proficient with QB Online
- Previous experience doing bookkeeping for a SaaS or software company a big plus
- Minimum of an Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remember rules and exceptions
- A forward thinker who can reason independently to solve problems and figure things out on your own
- Consistent, loyal and honest team player
Compensation: Salary of $65,000 - $70,000 depending on match to client's candidate requirements and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a company-paid cancer policy.
