TALENT ACQUISITION
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, this includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Design and manage competitive salary structures, benefit programs, and incentives to attract and retain top talent.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace environment, enhance job satisfaction, and build a strong organizational culture.
- Help create employee development plans and career progression paths to provide employees the opportunity for career growth and development.
- Lead the management of employee onboarding.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues.
- Conduct data analysis of workforce/company trends to help improve employee retention, performance, and other HR metrics.
POLICY AND COMPLIANCE
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations; maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems and databases.
- Support managers in the performance review process, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Enhance and optimize ADP software to meet the needs of the growing organization.
- Advise management on HR policies and best practices to maintain compliance with labor laws.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS system, ADP a plus
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- HR Management experience in blue collar, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred.
COMPENSATION: $85-90k; PTO; comprehensive insurance benefits; 401(k); annual profit sharing.
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
