What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Innovative Property Tax Solutions, Inc.?
Rapidly growing consulting team seeking a well organized, outgoing, enthusiastic office assistant. Responsibilities include entering hearings into our database, assisting with the appeal process, ensuring reduction paperwork is entered into the database, assisting with agreement paperwork, coordinating sales appointments and events, assisting with prepping for Hearings, answering calls, updating clients on a regular basis and collecting/organizing other data.
A college degree is preferred. Excellent computer skills (we use Mac computers), organizational skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office are highly desired. A positive attitude, team player mentality and exceptional customer service are a must!
This is an in-office position, our office hours are 8:30am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. We do have an office dog, so a love for animals is also a plus!
