About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Clinic Manager in performing supervisory nursing practice, maintaining the quality and adequacy of patient care, and recognizing and assisting in solving professional, administrative, and supervisory problems.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as well as implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maximize patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing management, preferably in renal care
- Advanced degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus benefits, bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
