Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various technical tasks and possess a strong understanding of construction and repair processes.
Duties:
- Make emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs;
- Conducting general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements;
- Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and inter-office personnel, etc;
- Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues;
- Install service & perform approved repairs as requested;
- Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and work places;
- Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional repairs needed;
- Must be available to travel;
- There may be additional duties and responsibilities required;
- Complete required daily paperwork, such as on-line service documents, time sheets, etc;

Requirements:
- Experienced on commercial and residential roof systems as described above;
- Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs;
- Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communicator, both oral and written.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in concrete forming
- Knowledge of welding techniques
- Ability to estimate construction costs accurately
