Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients within your territory.

- Utilize software tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Previous experience in Industrial sales is a plus but not required.
