Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities
· Customer Service: Understand client staffing requirements, including job specifications, timelines, and budgets. Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
· Client Communication: Collaborate with the client to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements including jobs specifications, timelines, and payrates. Facilitate communication between clients and candidates or employees, providing updates and relevant information about job openings.
· Resume and Application Review: Identify candidates who meet job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, work readiness.
· Source, Screen, and Interview Candidates: Conduct thorough assessments to determine suitability for open positions as well as build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
· Decision Making: Make sound hiring decisions to ensure the safety and quality of our client facilities.
· Candidate Assessments: Administer tests as needed to evaluate skills and competencies. Coordinate interviews with candidates and the client by managing schedules and logistics.
· Onboarding: Handle new hire onboarding paperwork, background checks, drug screens, and orientation for new hires. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, including resumes, applications, and interview notes. Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and confidentiality.
· Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction. Generate reports and analysis to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
· Onsite Coverage: Ability to work in an onsite facility and complete routine floor walks as required to ensure safety among employees and provide additional customer service to the client and supervisors.
· Communication and Teamwork: Provide regular updates to Onsite Manager on recruitment activities and outcomes to achieve common location goals.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience of at least 2 years and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work M-F, 2:00pm – 11:00pm
- Experience working 2nd shift preferred but not required.
