Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Placement: Screen, interview, and place candidates in positions that match their skills and career goals.
  • Source, Screen, and Interview Candidates: Conduct thorough assessments to determine suitability for open positions as well as build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
  • Decision Making: Make sound hiring decisions to ensure the safety and quality of our client facilities.
  • Assessments: Administer tests as needed to evaluate skills and competencies. Coordinate interviews with candidates and the client by managing schedules and logistics.
  • Onboarding: Handle new hire onboarding paperwork, background checks, drug screens, and orientation for new hires. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, including resumes, applications, and interview notes. Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction. Generate reports and analysis to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Communication: Update clients on current job opportunities and relevant information for job seekers.
  • Onboarding: Process new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming calls from prospective and active employees and clients, routing them as appropriate.
  • Decision Making: Make sound hiring decisions to ensure the safety and quality of our client facilities.
  • Customer Service: Understand client staffing requirements, including job specifications, timelines, and budgets. Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with the client to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements including jobs specifications, timelines, and payrates. Facilitate communication between clients and candidates or employees, providing updates and relevant information about job openings.
  • Resume and Application Review: Identify candidates who meet job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, work readiness.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work M-F, 10:00am – 7:00pm, and occasionally cover 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts for vacations/vacancies.
