3rd Shift Staffing Specialist - Princeton, KY

“Seeking "PEOPLE" people! Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of 3^rd Shift Staffing Specialist on our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Princeton, KY office. As a Staffing Specialist for ISS, you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates together with our valued customers.

This position is exclusively tailored for our internal team and does not involve placement with our partners. Being part of our internal team places you at the core of delivering top-notch services. Your role here is crucial in ensuring that our clients and flexible-to-hire employees receive nothing short of outstanding, five-star service. Responsibilities:

·         Communicate with client and team members professionally.

·         Address employee concerns immediately.

·         Data entry documentation into our HRIS system.

·         Assist with phone screens and making placements for the client.

·         Process hiring paperwork for new employees placed on assignment with client.

·         Process Workman’s Comp paperwork and investigations.

·         Able to do floor walks in a manufacturing environment multiple times a shift.

Requirements:

·         2-year degree or equivalent experience.

·         Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

·         Professional appearance and demeanor.

·         Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.

·         Able to multi-task and detail oriented.

·         Highly dependable and able to work Sunday through Thursday 10pm – 7 am.

·         Flexible schedule and able to work overtime as needed. 

·         Experience working on 3^rd shift preferred but not required.
