Seeking "PEOPLE" people! Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of 3rd Shift Staffing Specialist on our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Princeton, Kentucky office. As a Staffing Specialist for ISS, you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates together with our valued customers!
Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy a progressive, people-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
- Able to communicate with the client and team members professionally.
- Address employee concerns immediately.
- Assist with phone screens and make placements for the client.
- Process paperwork for new employees placed on assignment with client.
- Process Workman’s Comp paperwork and investigations.
- Able to do floor walks in a manufacturing environment multiple times a shift.
Requirements:
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
- Highly dependable and able to work Sunday through Thursday 10pm – 7 am with overtime as needed.
- Experience working on 3rd shift preferred but not required.
