Innovative Staff Solutions’ Recruiting Team is growing and we are seeking a qualified Internal Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities:

·         Prepares resumes for associates.

·         Brings in and recruits talent for open internal positions

·         Fills open job orders with the right candidates.

·         Coordinates the hiring process from interview through offer stage with collaboration, teamwork and follow up.

·         Maintains market and commercial awareness through research and networking.

·         Maintains client relationships to acquire job order volume.

·         Establishes and maintains a solid networking pipeline of candidates of various skill sets.

·         Documents communications and interactions with candidates in the ATS

·         Sources, recruits, pre-screens, and obtains reference checks of candidates for open positions on our internal team.

·         Posts for open internal positions on job boards like Indeed

·         Multitasks and works on several open positions.

Requirements:

·         Accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments.

·         Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a must.

·         Consultative Sales skills with history of follow-up (Detail orientation required)

·         Well-spoken with professional presentation skills, exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills.

·         Typing skills and ability to use Microsoft products proficiently.

·         Energetic and motivated demeanor to be able to collaborate with teammates and work towards established department goals.

·         2 years or more as a Recruiter or relevant position with recruiting/staffing experience

·         Experience with modern ATS (applicant tracking system) products as well as the ability to learn and navigate current ATS products in use.
