Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Assistant Onsite Manager on our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Bloomingdale, IN office. As an Assistant Onsite Manager for ISS, you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates together with our valued customers!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our clients to understand and meet their staffing needs.
- Facilitate communication between clients and candidates, ensuring clear and effective interaction.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who best match our clients' requirements.
- Conduct assessments to reveal the unique talents and strengths of our candidates.
- Assist new hires with onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition with all necessary paperwork.
- Ensure our recruitment practices are legal, fair, and reflect our values of inclusivity and respect.
- Maintain detailed candidate profiles, showcasing the diverse talents within our pool.
- Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of candidate information.
- Track and measure our progress with metrics that highlight our success and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and analyses to inspire our team and stakeholders with our achievements and future potential
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
- Able to multi-task and detail oriented.
- Highly dependable and able to work Monday through Friday, in person 8am-5pm
- Experience in an assistant management or team lead role preferred but not required.
