What You'll Do:
- Verify order and label information accurately.
- Inspect parts visually for quality defects.
- Assemble products according to given instructions.
- Trim excess plastic from parts as needed.
- Package parts to meet customer specifications.
- Adhere to procedures for rejecting nonconforming products.
- Complete daily production activity logs.
- Maintain a consistent mold cycle.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Move finished products to designated areas.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion activities such as bending, stooping, pinching, and grasping.
- Previous factory experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to perform visual inspection on products for defects.
- Must have the ability to be cross-trained.
