Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is currently seeking a Graphics Artist with DoD experience to support a proposal we are bidding on. The candidate must have experience producing military and/or government graphic design products such as short engaging videos, images, posters, infographics, and digital signage. The Communications and Legislative Team is expected to be composed of up to 20 personnel.

The position is hybrid and located at the Washington Navy Yard in SE DC in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center. This is a contingent hire and will require a Letter of Commitment. The role is expected to be available in July or August 2025 and will report to the Communications and Legislative Program Manager or other designated manager (NSWCCL003, approved 27 Feb 2025)

Education Required:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Graphic Design, Animation, Art, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

* Be prepared to provide a portfolio reference (online, etc), and/or example products from past performance in accordance with industry-leading audiovisual standards

Experience Required:

* Minimum of four (4) years of experience producing military and/or government graphic design products (short engaging videos, images, posters, infographics, digital signage) as demonstrated by applicant’s resume.

* Must have experience with Adobe Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.

* Experience in conceptualizing, processing, and producing audio, video, animations, and interactive multimedia material for a variety of audiences and platforms.

* Experience to collaborate and synthesize complex ideas and initiatives into easily understood visuals for a variety of audiences.

* Expertise in oral and written English communications skills

* Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office environment is essential (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

Clearance Required:

* DoD Active Secret (no Public Trust)

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience working with the US Navy in a communications/graphics artist role

* Experience creating engineering and technical graphics for Technical Manuals, proposals, Instructions, SOPs, etc

* Experience as a videographer or photographer

Graphics Artists shall support the Program Manager and provide NSWC NAVSEA 00D management and oversight of contract personnel; general communications support (internal and external); multimedia planning, development and execution; website support; legislative support and analysis; strategic communications and planning support; as well as surge efforts that may include symposium / conference logistics and execution; event and protocol support; and other efforts as required.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 based on experience, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, 13 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
