Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst IV to support program management, acquisition, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will provide project management expertise, risk tracking, strategic planning, and documentation support in alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Program Manager (APM) in planning, developing, and executing new projects and initiatives.
- Perform project management and engineering management tasks in a DoD acquisition environment.
- Track risks, monitor program execution, and provide process oversight.
- Support strategic planning and development of long-term product goals.
- Draft, review, and manage acquisition documents, policies, and program reports.
- Facilitate meetings, develop briefing materials, and track action items.
- Assess technical, cost, and schedule data, providing corrective recommendations.
- Coordinate logistics, equipment fielding, and stakeholder interactions.
- Manage acquisition documentation, procurement contracts, and budget planning.
- Assist in marketing, communication, and public briefings for program initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in administrative and acquisition lifecycle management.
- 5 years of experience in JPEO CBRND or similar organizations.
- 5 years of experience with systems such as DTS, DSTS, SASI OSCAR, GARDIC, and EDMS.
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
- Ability to draft high-level reports, briefings, and acquisition strategies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with government contracting and DoD program execution.
- Proficiency in program risk assessment and mitigation.
- Experience in facilitating technical and programmatic reviews.

Pay: $93,595.00 - $99,850.00 per year
