Innovative Technologies Corporationis currently seeking a Supply and Logistics Lead for the Training and Logistics Support Activity Marines Forces Special Operations Command (TALSAM) at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Position Description
The Supply and Logistics Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IRAS equipment logistics, maintenance, accountability, and readiness across the MARSOC enterprise. This role ensures all equipment is operational, properly tracked, and available to support training and operational requirements. The Lead interfaces regularly with unit-level personnel, higher headquarters, and industry partners to maintain the IRAS inventory lifecycle and sustainment readiness.
Essential Job Function
- Manage the full lifecycle logistics support for all MARSOC IRAS systems, including receipt, issue, inventory, and disposition of assets.
- Oversee equipment readiness, sustainment, and O-Level maintenance actions, ensuring compliance with OEM instructions and MARSOC standards.
- Maintain equipment condition and inventory for TALSAM and CD&I storage facilities, including power management and hazardous materials (e.g., batteries, fuel cells).
- Track and manage spare parts inventory and forecast resupply requirements to maintain operational readiness.
- Serve as the Government’s primary logistics point of contact for IRAS material issues, including parts delivery, warranty coordination, and vendor support.
- Support coordination with USSOCOM, USMC, and industry logistics and sustainment stakeholders.
- Maintain a detailed and auditable inventory control system, compliant with MARSOC and USSOCOM standards.
- Provide logistics support during CONUS exercises and training events as needed.
- Oversee maintenance of TALSAM spaces and support battery/fuel cell safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Previous experience working on a USSOCOM Component-level staff (J/G/N).
- Strong background in IRAS operations, training, and program management.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and brief senior-level stakeholders using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and assume leadership responsibilities.
Required Certifications and Licensure
- Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer (RSO) certification; other RSO certifications as required.
- Camp Lejeune Laser Safety Officer (LSO) certification.
- Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
- Valid FAA Class 2 Medical Certificate.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Camp Lejeune 4x4 Government Vehicle Driver Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical or operational field.
- Prior experience with IRAS technologies, TTP development, and operational T&E activities.
- Familiarity with USMC and USSOCOM doctrine, training systems, and acquisition processes.
