Innovative Technologies Corporationis currently seeking a Training and Scheduling Lead for the Training and Logistics Support Activity Marines Forces Special Operations Command (TALSOM) at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Job Overview
The Training and Scheduling Lead is responsible for planning, tracking, and deconflicting all Intelligent Robotic and Autonomous Systems (IRAS)-related training events across the MARSOC enterprise. This position plays a critical role in coordinating instructor availability, training site logistics, and curriculum scheduling to ensure mission success. The role requires close collaboration with instructional staff, command elements, and external stakeholders to meet dynamic training needs and evolving operational priorities.
Essential Job Function
- Maintain and manage the master training schedule for all IRAS Initial and Mission Qualification Training (IQT/MQT) events.
- Coordinate instructor assignment, student rosters, training locations, and IRAS equipment availability.
- Ensure training complies with CJCSI 3255.01, NAVMC 3500.107, USSOCOM D350-9,
- MARSOCO 3500.1, and DoDD 3000.09.
- Track training throughput, class load, and instructional metrics (25–40 courses/year).
- Assist in developing and updating POIs, evaluations, and training feedback mechanisms.
- Provide briefings and reports in support of IRASPM and Assistant IRASPM.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Previous experience working on a USSOCOM Component-level staff (J/G/N).
- Strong background in IRAS operations, training, and program management.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and brief senior-level stakeholders using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and assume leadership responsibilities.
Required Certifications and Licensure:
- Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer (RSO) certification; other RSO certifications as required.
- Camp Lejeune Laser Safety Officer (LSO) certification.
- Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
- Valid FAA Class 2 Medical Certificate.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Camp Lejeune 4x4 Government Vehicle Driver Certification.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical or operational field
- Prior experience with IRAS technologies, TTP development, and operational T&E activities.
- Familiarity with USMC and USSOCOM doctrine, training systems, and acquisition processes.
