What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Server position at INNOVATIVE THE POINTE?

This job position requires moderate physical demands. Duties may include frequent walking, stooping/kneeling/bending, lifting/carrying, and pushing/pulling during work. Including the following but may include other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Cook meals according to menus
- Meet all food nutrition guidelines when preparing foods
- Cook foods to proper temperatures
- Hold foods at proper temperatures
- Cleanliness of the kitchen is your responsibility
- When using the dishwasher, make sure the ppm is between 50-100
- Have a thorough knowledge of the food code
- Recording of food temperatures
- Recording of Refrigerators’ and freezer temperature
- Keeping the floor swept, mopped, and sanitized
- Meeting any special requests that the residents and we can accommodate
- Answer phones as needed
