Front of House Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidates will be passionate about customer service and possess a strong understanding of food safety and fine dining practices. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all service standards are met.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Take and process customer orders accurately, providing recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales when required.
• Participate in banquet service or special events as necessary, ensuring all details align with guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and safe food handling practices is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience in fine dining settings is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
