Position Overview :
Do you have a knack for outstanding customer service and a passion for pets? We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Veterinary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this critical role, you’ll play a key part in delivering an excellent experience for both pets and their owners.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role :
- Providing friendly and quality customer service to all clients and patients.
- Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an efficient schedule.
- Accurately handling financial transactions, including processing invoices and payments.
- Verifying patient immunization records and medical history.
- Coordinating with veterinary and technical staff to ensure smooth patient care.
- Assisting clients with prescription refills, pet food requests, and over-the-counter products.
- Accurately entering data into the Cornerstone software system .
