Position Overview:
Do you have a knack for outstanding customer service and a passion for pets? We're seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Veterinary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this critical role, you'll play a key part in delivering an excellent experience for both pets and their owners.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Providing friendly and quality customer service to all clients and patients.


• Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an efficient schedule.


• Accurately handling financial transactions, including processing invoices and payments.


• Verifying patient immunization records and medical history.


• Coordinating with veterinary and technical staff to ensure smooth patient care.


• Assisting clients with prescription refills, pet food requests, and over-the-counter products.


• Accurately entering data into the Cornerstone software system.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary or medical environment is a plus.


• Proficiency in Cornerstone software is preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong ability to multitask and remain composed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


• A genuine love for animals and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
