Position OverviewWe're looking for both Part-time AND Full-time, friendly and detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representativesto be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service, and efficient operations within our hospital.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Provide warm, professional customer service to clients and their pets
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and gather necessary medical history
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Verify patient immunization and test status
- Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians upon patient arrival
- Fill prescriptions, food orders, and over-the-counter product requests as directed
- Maintain accurate client and patient records in our system
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
