We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join our Finance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting, including SEC filings. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, a thorough understanding of SOX compliance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, including 10-Q and 10-K, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Assist in managing SOX policies and controls, including reviewing processes related to internal controls over financial reporting.
- Conduct research on technical accounting issues and prepare memo documentation to support findings and analyses.
- Analyze operating results and prepare slide decks for business review meetings.
- Coordinate with external auditors, maintaining consistent and effective communication throughout the audit process.
- Undertake special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

- Experience in a SOX reporting environment is essential.
- CPA certification or progress toward CPA is preferred.
