We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Line Coordinator to work with our fishing tools and cementation products. This role will be pivotal in coordinating product development efforts, engaging with customers, and ensuring that our product offerings meet market needs.
The Exciting Things You Will Do:
- Coordinate the development and lifecycle management of fishing tools and cementation products.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product specifications and market strategies.
- Support the sales team through the creation of technical resources to ensure effective product promotion.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, user manuals, and marketing materials.
- Collect and analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Monitor product performance metrics and assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Address and resolve product-related inquiries and concerns from customers and internal teams.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to communicate updates to internal teams and customers.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
