What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Developer for RF Program Office position at INNOVIM?
INNOVIM is seeking Senior Level Software Developers to support a government proposal for a technology involved in multi-disciplinary engineering aspects including: aeronautical, space, and ground systems engineering; radio frequency engineering analysis; and associated disciplines.
Operating as a program management office, the candidates will work toward the development of various reports from the existing Centralized Monitoring Subsystem (CMS) to show the health of the system, operational readiness of Remote Monitoring Subsystem (RMS) sites, and security deficiencies based on the guidance provided by ISSO.
Candidates must be familiar with: Radio Frequency Survey System (RFSS) Central Monitoring Subsystem (CMS) and Remote Monitoring Subsystem (RMS).
The position is based out of NOAA facilities in Silver Spring, MD. INNOVIM, LLC, has a strong commitment to providing superior work in the fields of science, engineering and technology, and a significant record of support to the agency.
Successful participants in our proposal will have a broad familiarity with specific solution architecture for government applications and possess the capability to direct, design, plan, implement and integrate plans based on the various user environments. Strong communication skills to participate in system reviews and assist in preparing briefings. Good soft communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and have the ability to work in a team setting which has uses an Integrated Product Team (IPT) engineering model. Prior experience supporting activities to analyze and understand scenarios of how to mitigate RF interference thereby preventing data loss in the NOAA satellite data downlink, preferred.
The candidate must be a US Citizen able to pass a NACI clearance.
