We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and assisting with various guest services to enhance their experience.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the hotel and its amenities.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, take messages, and relay information as needed.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
- Excellent guest relations skills to foster positive interactions with visitors.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of night audit processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
