Our mission is to apply the practices and principles of preventive medicine to organizations, of any size in the private and public sector that will enhance the health and safety of their employees. IHA is on the lookout for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department at the corporate office. This role is not just a job; it's a journey and a community. You'll be the guiding force and inspiration for our HR initiatives, where your skills in customer service, leadership, and human resources will truly shine.

- Lead our HR team at our Hampton, VA headquarters, operating as a visionary and strategic partner in managing our workforce.
- Oversee a range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, and compliance with employment laws.

Requirements :
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
