Inova Schar Cancer Institute is looking for a dedicated Oncology Program Development Manager to join the Team. This role will be full-time day-shift from Monday - Friday.
The Program Development Manager implements new programs and initiatives at Inova Health System Schar Cancer Institute (ISCI). Provides direction, workflow analysis, and documentation of newly established programs and processes. Designs and implements systems for the collection, aggregation, analysis, and dissemination of clinical and financial data. Stays abreast of development in clinical areas and in other areas related to current and future projects to cultivate and advance new project ideas and opportunities. Works closely and collaboratively with other Inova team members and leadership while demonstrating comprehensive healthcare knowledge as well as narrow subject matter expertise.

Oncology Program Development Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibility for implementing new programs and initiatives within the Cancer Service Line.
- Conducts regular metric tracking and communication on project status.
- Ensures consistency of processes within areas and points of interface with other disciplines.
- Demonstrates leadership and expertise in the management of quality improvement processes.
- Provides the aggregation and flow of data/information across functional areas in the service line.
- Evaluates new programs and initiatives post-implementation to facilitate achievement of results/impact.
- Serves as a key team member supporting the implementation of service line programmatic improvement.
- Designs and implements systems/programs for the collection, aggregation, analysis, and dissemination of clinical and financial data.
Oncology Program Development Manager Additional Requirements:
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 years of program development experience
Oncology Program Development Manager Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management skills preferred
- Strong understanding of strategy, operations, and program implementation preferred
- Experience in oncology and revenue cycle management preferred
