Inova Cornwall Campus - Freestanding Emergency Department - Seeking a RN Unit Supervisor - Full Time Nights - 7PM-7AM with weekend rotation. This role is eligible for sign on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible applicants.

Emergency Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to Quality and Best Practices to improve clinical operation of the unit,

Emergency Nurse Supervisor Requirements:
- Requires at least one year of Registered Nurse Clinical experience
- Preferred candidate will have ED experience with Peds & Adult Patient population, with experience as charge or supervisory responsibilities
- Associate Degree RNs within one year of completing their BSN BSN or MSN preferred
- Completion of revised Charge Nurse Workshop within the first 90 days
- BLS required.
- Specialty certification (as required by unit) within 1 year of hire Strongly prefer current ACLS and PALS
- Licensed to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibits leadership ability that fosters teamwork and retention.
- Demonstrates professionalism and ability to remain calm and lead in dynamic and busy situations.
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office and healthcare software required.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and prioritization; can serve as a resource and mentor to other clinical staff on the unit.
Emergency Nurse Supervisor Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred candidate will have (1) plus years ED experience with Peds & Adult Patient population, with experience as charge or supervisory responsibilities.
