Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Shift : DAYS - 8 HR : Monday - Friday

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week guaranteed

Experience : Home Health experience required

License : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license

Certifications : Must be COVID Vaccinated and booster - no exemptions

Must-Have :

COTA Home Health experience
COVID Vaccination and booster with no exemptions

Job Description :

Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

Assist in implementing individualized therapy programs for patients

Monitor and record patients' progress during therapy sessions

Adapt activities and equipment as necessary to improve patients' abilities

Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to promote wellness at home

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and rules
