Job Description
Business Compliance Analyst Job Responsibilities :
In this role, the Business Compliance Analyst will plan and coordinate activities within the company to ensure compliance with governmental regulations. They ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and well-documented and perform internal reviews to identify compliance problems and / or weaknesses.
Key responsibilities may include :
- Manages and enforces an effective compliance program that's in line with federal regulations.
- Expands and reviews company policies.
- Provides management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing management information.
- Conduct policy and workflow audits.
- Conduct reviews of contractual files for completeness and compliance.
- Recommends the management team on the current company's compliance with regulations.
- Tracks and reports progress of special projects.
- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; and identifying work process improvements.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; and recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.
- Maintains the company's ITAR compliance and manages registration and licenses.
- Maintains and manages company certifications including periodic audits.
